Morningstar Support entitles our customers to technical support during regular business hours by telephone, facsimile, email, or web meeting on any GibbsCAM® product purchased from Morningstar.
This includes software operation, tooling recommendations, work holding options, and machining techniques. You can even email us parts that you are having difficulty with, and we will often give you
several different methods to try to resolve your issues.
Morningstar Support has a very reasonable annual cost of $500.00 per customer site. Or if you prefer, you may purchase technical support on an as-needed basis at a cost of $100.00 per resolution.
